As a result of COVID-19 I have converted my Sales Training Programmes, Sales Leadership Programmes and Sales Motivational Keynotes to be presented virtually by way of Zoom.
Benefits of virtual training:
Cost savings.
- There are no travel and accommodation costs for me or any out of town delegates.
- Ray can accommodate larger numbers of delegates from different regions in one training session.
- Ray can do regular follow-up sessions with delegates to ensure implementation of the material.
- Ray can do one-on-one coaching with individuals irrespective of where they are based.
- Ray can do a “Refresher” 6 to 12 months after the initial training to to rejuvenate the skills and techniques presented during the training and to monitor implementation.
- The cost of the training includes a 10 to 15-minute debriefing after each training session with the persons responsible for driving the sales team if necessary. (video or telephonic) This is to assist with tips and ideas on implementation of the material.
Essential Selling Skills Sales Training Programme:
The typical 2-Day essential selling skills programme has been converted into 9 x 2-hour modules presented virtually by way of Zoom. (See programme outline)
The full programme can be presented virtually covering all 9 modules with one module being presented once a week, every two weeks, every three weeks or once a month.
The modules can also be presented as once off stand-alone modules to address specific problems within the sales team.
There is a 15-minute tea break during each 2-hour module.
Each module comes with a comprehensive set of notes, which allow for adding personal notes and constructing an “Action plan” to implement the material.
The notes will be sent to the company to print copies per delegate ahead of each session.
The notes can be used as a refresher whenever necessary. There is no additional charge for the notes.
On completion of the programme (All modules covered) each delegate will receive a certificate of accomplishment. There is no additional cost for this.
Sales Leadership Programmes
The 1-Day Sales Managers Bootcamp programme has been converted into 3 x 2-hour modules presented virtually by way of Zoom. (See programme outline)
These modules are presented with a break between modules to allow for implementation of the tips and ideas presented. The time between modules depends on individual requirements. (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc.)

Benefits of training in modules:
The benefits of presenting sales training in modules rather than a 1- or 2-day programme are that the delegates take in only a few skills and ideas at a time. This gives them time between modules to implement these skills and ideas before taking on the next set of skills and ideas.
The success of the training will depend on implementation of the material. Therefore, there needs to be regular follow-up from management between modules. I can assist management with tips and ideas on how to achieve this and can also assist with the follow-up’s if necessary.
After any sales training programme that I develop and present I make myself available to the team and to management to help them overcome any obstacles or blockages they encounter when implementing the skills and techniques learned.
There is no additional cost for this. I do not charge for advice. (I am still assisting some of the salespeople who were on my training programmes 3 to 4 years ago with advice when they request it)
